Marc Rees: see photos of the amazing spaces [Link]

Marc Rees: Part 2) Deciding to use all 3 sites as part of a potential new location responsive work 'Patrwm/Padrão: Patterning Space, Performing Atmosphere' for 2013. (Working title) in collaboration with Migrations and Materiais Diversos.

Marc Rees: Part I) Very industrious 4-hour session yesterday morning with Ben Anderson (the architect and dramaturge and my chief creative partner) exploring three former fabric factories, one derelict, one in transition one to undergo radical transformation.

Marc Rees: Saw Filipa Francisco’s performance ‘A Viagem’ with the Portuguese Folk dance group, which was sheer joy from beginning to end, she’s a great artist and could do wonderful things with a North Wales Folk Dance troupe with Migrations for Adain Avion!

Marc Rees: Just came back from our site visit, amazing space with incredible potential…the ideas are flying , meeting with the festival director now to talk ideas and introduce the potential Welsh location for the double dialogue.
